All cancellations must be emailed to sa*@*ia.com. Cancellation date is based on the email receipt time.

Cancellation Charges

  • 120+ days before departure – Full refund
  • 60–119 days – 75% refund
  • 45–59 days – 50% refund
  • 30–44 days – 25% refund
  • 15–29 days – 10% refund
  • Less than 15 days / No Show – No refund

Additional Terms

  • Refunds via original payment method (alternate method on special request)
  • No refunds for incomplete tours due to personal reasons
